Houston - Friday's action of the 29th Annual Victor Lopez Classic is now in the books and it will be remembered as an excellent day of track and field competition at Rice's Holloway Field/Ley Track complex with great weather and great action. One of the Owls' highlights was Lindsay Miller's performance in the 3000m steeplechase.
"Today, was an exciting meet with great atmosphere and promises to be even better for tomorrow's running event finals, which start at 6 p.m.," says Rice head women's track and field coach Jim Bevan.
