Outdoor: Recorded outdoor season bests of 4:54.97 in the 1500 m and 18:11.80 in the 5k.
Indoor: Recorded indoor season bests of 10:15.93 in the 3k and 18.19.73 in the 5k.
Cross Country: Third Owl across the line at NCAA regional meet... Placed 6th in the 5k at the Islander Splash in Corpus Christi with a time of 18:27... Placed 17th at the Rice Invitational and 23rd at the C-USA meet.
Outdoor: Finished 11th in 10,000 at C-USA meet in El Paso... Had bests of 18:15.49 for 5k and 38:54.71 for 10k, the latter being a lifetime best.
Indoor: Eighth in the 5,000 and 12th in the 3,000 at C-USA meet... Season-best 18:02.49 in 5k at conference meet, her 10:26.81 was also a yearly-best for 3k.
Cross Country: 12th at Rice Invitational, also Rice's No. 5 runner at Notre Dame and No. 7 at Pre-Nationals.
Outdoor: WAC scorer for runner-up Owls by placing fifth in 10,000 in 39:10.36... Also ran 12th in 5,000 in 18:30.68.
Indoor: Top WAC finish was 14th in 5,000 at 18:08.31... Top times included 5:12.54 in mile and 17:49.88 in 5,000 at Iowa State... Ran on Rice distance medley relay.
Cross Country: Third Owl across the line at the WAC championship to help Rice finish second in team standings... Ran 18:42.49 to place 17th in league 5K race... Posted top-10 finishes at the Rice Invitational, Texas A&M Invitational and Islander Opener Splash... Placed third in the Owls' home meet.
2004 graduate of Blue Valley North High School in Overland Park, Kan... Lettered three years in both cross country and track for coach Gregory Doan and the Mustangs... Kansas 6A state champion in the 3200 as a senior... Six-time East Kansas League champion and five-time regional champion for track... Earned all-state honors for track and cross country a total of 10 times... Named the Johnson County track athlete of the year... Led cross country team to first state championship... Also lettered one year in soccer... Spent three years as a member of Kansas' Olympic development team... National Merit Finalist and AP Scholar... National Forensic League Tournament champion... Member of the National Honor Society and the French National Honor Society... Principal French horn player... High-Q Kansas state champion.
