Top-seeded Natalie Beazant could be in for a busy Sunday of tennis after advancing to the semifinals of both singles and doubles and the rain-delayed Racquet Club Collegiate Invitational in Midland, Texas on Saturday.
Beazant entered the weekend as the top seed in singles as well as teaming with Dominique Harmath to earn the top seed in doubles.
After rain delayed the action until Saturday evening, Beazant dispatched Sandra Dynka of Texas Tech, 6-4, 6-2 to move on to the semifinals where she will meet Simona Parajova of TCU at 9 a.m. on Sunday morning.
She then came back to team with Harmath to down Nebraska's Patricia Veresova and Maggy Lehmicke 8-2 to advance to the doubles semifinals later on Sunday morning.
Finals in both are slated for later on Sunday.
