IRVING, Tex. - After winning two individual events and swimming on a winning Owl relay, Rice junior Rachel Moody has been named the Conference USA Swimmer of the Week for Jan. 28-Feb. 3, the league office announced Tuesday (Feb. 4) from its headquarters in Irving, Texas.
