At Rice -- 2006: Provided another big point total for the team by scoring in three individual events and one relay at the Conference USA championships held at the University of Houston... Finished seventh in the 100-yard breaststoke with a season-best mark of 1:07.05... Placed 11th in the 200-individual medley with a season-superlative 2:07.71... Scored for the Blue & Gray with a 16th-place in the 100-freestyle (52.68 in the prelims)... Swam the breaststroke leg of the Owls' 200-medley relay that finished third in conference with the third-fastest time in school history (1:44.40)...
2005: Won the consolation final of the 100-yard breaststroke at the Western Athletic Conference championships in San Antonio... Registered a Rice-best time of 1:05.97 in the prelims of that event... Finished 12th in the WAC in the 200-IM (2:06.88)... Was 18th in the 100-freestyle... Returned to anchor the 800-freestyle relay that finished third at the league meet with the third-fastest time (7:25.51) in school history... Swam the third leg of the 200-free relay that was third in conference with the fourth-fastest time in school history (1:34.31)... Closed out Rice's WAC history as the anchor in the Owls' last event as a member of that league, the 400-relay...
2004: Scored for the Owls at the WAC championships by reaching the consolation finals of the 100, 200 and 500-yard freestyle... Swam the anchor leg of the 800-free relay team that posted one of the top times in school history while at the league meet in San Antonio... Finished tenth at the WAC in the 200 with a season-best mark of 1:53.07... Placed 11th in the conference in the 500 (5:03.35)... Season-best 500 (5:01.81) and 200-IM (2:11.48) was at the Northwestern Invitational... Tallied the team's third-best 100-free time (52.49) as a true freshman with a 14th place finish at the WAC meet... Swam the 200 breaststroke against nationally-ranked Texas A&M and the 100 breaststroke on the opening weekend of the year against Colorado State.

High School -- 2003 graduate of Stevenson High School in Livonia, Mich... Helped lead the Spartans' swim team to a 12th-straight conference championship... Three-time all-America honoree and 10-time all-state selection... Named team's Most Valuable Performer three times... Four-time all-conference and all-area selection... Coached by Greg Phill...
