At Rice -- 2006: Conference USA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll; Improved across the board in her events, culminating with a victory in the consolation finals of the 200-yard freestyle at the Conference USA championships across town at the University of Houston... Posted a career-best 1:50.87 in the C-USA 200-free... Scored for the team at conference with a pair of tenth place finishes in both the 500-free (4:58.02) and the mile... Swam the third leg of the second-fastest 800-free relay in school history (7:24.62) at the C-USA meet... Clocked a career-best 53.08 in the 100-free at the Las Vegas Invitational over the winter holidays...
2005: Western Athletic Conference Scholar Athlete; WAC All-Academic Team; Rice Honor Athlete; Helped the team in the distance freestyle events during her first season a the Division I level... Scored in three individual events and one relay for the Owls at the WAC championships in San Antonio... Finished ninth in the WAC in the mile with a season-best time of 17:25.92... Posted the season's second-fastest time in the 500 (4:49.33) in the WAC prelims before finishing 13th among a field of 34 entrants... Made the consolation finals of the 200-free with a 1:52.78... Swam the third leg of the 800-free relay (7:25.51) at the conference meet... Went 24.21 in the 50-free to help Rice win the Houston Fall Invitational across town at UH... Clocked a 53.70 in the 100-free at Honolulu, Hawaii, in the dual meet win over Dartmouth.

High School -- 2004 graduate of Kingwood High School... Helped lead the team to the 5A State Championship... Was a four-year letterwinner for the Mustangs under coach Lanny Landtroop... Earned All-America and All-State honors... Member of the National Honor Society and graduated in the top ten percent of her class.
