2012-2013: Conference USA Academic Honor Roll; Posted four new Rice bests in second season on the team, including a 2:07.31 in the 200-yard backstroke at the C-USA Championships... Went 1:02.70 in the 100-backstroke at the annual Quad Meet against LSU, Houston and Tulane... Swam a 26.12 in the 50-freestyle and a 54.24 in the 100-free at the Incarnate Word Invitational.
2011- 2012: Swam a host of events in her first year at the Division I level, but made her biggest contribution in the butterfly... Swam a Rice-best 2:05.06 in the 200-fly at the Conference USA Championships, the fourth-best time on the team... Top 100-fly was a season-best 57.16 at the C-USA meet... Also competed in the rugged 400-IM at conference, swimming a season-best 4:35.13... Posted three season-bests while at the Phill Hansell Invitational across town at the University of Houston, including a 56.52 in the 100-freestyle, a 1:02.82 in the 100-backstroke, and a 2:12.65 in the 200-backstroke... Both parents were Division I student-athletes at Indiana State. Father was on the wrestling team (1983-85).
