The most embarrassing moment or thing that ever happened to me was: It was pre season two years ago and the coaches had stopped a game to make a point. Right at that moment a bee landed on me. It landed on my hip and in my attempt to get it off I started to move my hips. I didn't realize that it looked like I was doing multiple hip thrusts. Sufficient to say, it looked like a really weird dance move to anyone standing anymore than 10 feet away from me.
