Name: Kirsten Seglem (link to official Rice bio)

My Rice College: Martel

My favorite movie: anything with Adam Sandler...who doesn't like a good laugh?

My favorite CD or music artist is: Bone Thugs

My pet peeve is: Parking tickets on the Rice campus... I have single handedly funded that department!

My favorite snack is: rainbow sherbet... yes, that's spelled correctly

My favorite meal at the Rice servery is: I try to avoid that place as much as possible...way too reminiscent of preseason.

My favorite class at Rice is: anything after noon, so I have had a chance to recover after 6 am weights.

What I like most about college life: meeting new people, making my own decisions, and being responsible for myself.

I would like to meet: God... that's when you know you've made it.

My favorite moment of my soccer career so far: winning Regional's almost eight years ago (ha, ha... Did I peak too early?)

Who got me interested in soccer: Interested?!? I had a lighted and lined soccer field in my front yard...! Thanks Mom and Dad, Love You.

The best soccer advice I ever had: "Don't think... Just do it."

My favorite sport besides soccer: I love them all.

The Rice team I like to watch play their sport: baseball... football... basketball... who doesn't love a man in uniform?

The most embarrassing moment or thing that ever happened to me was: hmmm... How much space do I have to answer this one?

I describe myself as: more than a handful.

My teammates think I am: their "Mississippi"

Coach Huston thinks: that fitness is definitely NOT one of my strengths!

My favorite coach Huston expression is: "You're going to be in a world of hurt" (while rubbing hands together)!

Other than myself, the Rice soccer player to keep an eye on this season is: I hate this question because my entire team is ridiculously good-looking!

One thing I'd like to say, but you didn't ask is: I lost my redshirt year, so... YES, that makes me a senior!
