Meet the members of the Rice soccer team with the Q&A feature, Just For Kicks.
In today's installment, Just For Kicks is putting on the snow chains and tightening up its toque to go north of the border... and not the Houston Toll Road nor even the Red River. With a translator-app in-hand, Just For Kicks caught-up with elusive freshman forward Lauren Hughes to see what the Canadian exchange-rate is on the feature's rugged profile questions!
In Rice's 2-0 victory at McNeese State last Sunday Hughes scored her first collegiate goal. She is one of the young stars on this year's Owl team, and an international standout who joined Rice from the Ottawa Fury.
