Rice - Forward from the heralded Sting Soccer Club of Dallas... Played most of her youth career with current Owls Jessica Howard and Hayley Williams... Major goal-scoring threat and has the ability to score from anywhere in the attacking third of the field.

2011: Conference USA All-Tournament Team; Rice Soccer Most Improved Player; Recorded a solid freshman season... Played in all 21 games while working her way into 10 starts at forward... In her 10 starts up top Rice outscored opponents 14-6... First career goal lifted the Owls over SMU in overtime at the Conference USA Tournament... Became the 16th player in Rice soccer history to have her first career goal also be the game-winning goal... Played 21 minutes in the season-opener at Texas Tech and was inserted into the starting lineup the very next game in the home-opener vs. McNeese State... Totaled 839 minutes on the season, including a season-high 78 minutes in the victory over Western Kentucky... Averaged 40 minutes a game and 47.7 minutes when starting... Finished with 19 shots, including 10 on-goal for a .526 shots-on-goal percentage... Took a career-high four shots in the C-USA Tournament game against UTEP.
