2009: Conference USA Commissioner's Academic Medalist; C-USA Academic Honor Roll; Rice University Honor Athlete; Earned the program's Warrior Award, given annually to the Owl who unselfishly plays with the most heart and desire in both practices and games; Presented with the Iron Owl Award by the Rice Strength & Conditioning staff to the soccer team's top performer in the weight room; Appeared in five games with a start in one of the Owls' most memorable games of the season, a dramatic 2-1 victory over C-USA foe Memphis in a nationally-televised contest on CBS College Sports... Played all 90 minutes and made two saves for a win against a Memphis team that went on to play in the NCAA Tournament... Saw action in the shutout wins over UTEP, Southern Miss and UTSA...
