Coach Adams said -- "Bella is technical, crafty, and so exciting to watch. Whether she plays in the midfield or upfront, she will be a force to be reckoned-with. She loves to run at players and go 1-v-1, and that is exactly what our coaching staff loved about her. She can put herself in a position to be dangerous, or find a way to set up a teammate. She is very skillful and makes the hardest situations seem effortless. Bella has a fantastic attitude and is definitely a winner."
Eagles SC coach Mike Anderson said -- "Bella is a great soccer player along with a great teammate. It's been a privilege having the opportunity to coach her. To Bella soccer isn't `JUST' a game, to her it's a `LIFESTYLE'."
Bella Hernandez said -- "I chose Rice over other schools because it provides a perfect balance between challenging academics and a solid soccer program. Along with that, I absolutely fell in love with the easy-going coaches and breathtaking campus."
