HOUSTON- Rice women's basketball has announced that the November 28 home game against Chicago State has been moved to December 13. Game time is at 7 p.m.

The game against Chicago State remains a part of a seven-game homestand from November 27 to December 30. The change eases schedule congestion for Rice; the game was originally scheduled the back-end of a back-to-back after hosting Baylor on November 27.

Rice beat the Cougars 77-50 last season in Chicago.

The Owls begin the season on November 9, with Prairie View A&M visiting Tudor Fieldhouse at 7 p.m.
