NCAA South Central Regional Results
Waco, Texas - The Rice men's cross country squad placed 10th at the NCAA South Regional held at the Cottonwood Creek Golf Club. Arkansas won the team title with 30 points and Texas was second with 66 points.
Michael Trejo and sophomore Gabe Cuadra led head coach Jon Warren's Owls. Trejo, a junior, was 41st (31:36.8), while Cuadra placed 50th with a time of 31:45.4. Matt Carey followed at 58th (31:59.2) and freshman John Cavallo finished 61st (32:10.6).
