Indoor:Bronze medalist in the 5000m (14:55.03) at the C-USA Indoor after a running down a pair of runners in the final lap... Finished fifth in the 3000m at the Texas A&M Invitational in 8:28.60.
Cross Country: Finished 11th at the C-USA Championship to earn second-team All C-USA honors, and was the Owls top competitor at the Penn State National (68th) and the NCAA South Central Regional (11th)... Earned All-Regional honors with his 11th place finish.

Missed the indoor and outdoor season because of injuries.
Cross Country: Top Rice finisher at the Islander Splash Invitational (third overall), and was second among Owls at the Rice Invite and Texas A&M Corpus Christi dual meet before his season was cut short by injuries.

Finished eighth in the 5000m at the C-USA Championship with a time of 14:57.28. Took second place and recorded a team season best time of 14:18.27 in the 5000m at the UCLA Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational. Also competed in the 1500m with a season best of 3:55.40 at the Victor Lopez/Rice Bayou Classic.
Indoor: Ran the Owls fastest 5000m (14:46.00) while finishing third at the C-USA Indoor.
Cross Country: Finished seventh at the C-USA Championships to earn first-team All C-USA honors and 25th at the NCAA South Central Regional.

Cross Country:
Ninth at the WAC championships to earn second team all-WAC recognition.

2004 graduate of Harry Ainly Composite in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada... Won eight letters for coach John Bole and the Titans... Three-time provincial cross country champion... Was provincial champion in both the 1500 and 3000 for three consecutive years... Provincial champion in the 800 as a junior... Competed for Canada at World Youth Championships and World Junior Cross Country Championships... Finished third at the 2004 Arcadia Invitational mile... Also lettered two years in volleyball as team was provincial silver medalist... Received honors with distinction each year in high school.
