Outdoor: Finished seventh at the C-USA Outdoor Championships, becoming the first Owl to earn NCAA Outdoor All-American honors in the javelin since Ricky Jacobs accomplished the feat in 1967 ...placed third at the NCAA West Prelims with a throw of 69.28m to advance to the NCAA Championships ... Won the C-USA Outdoor javelin title on the final throw (69.06m) of the competition ... Broke his own school record at the Virginia Challenge with a heave of 70.80m (232-3.00) ... Named to both the CoSIDA Academic All-District 7 and C-USA All-Academic Teams ... Placed in the top-three in six of eight meets.
