“We’ve been going to Southern Miss since I became coach. It’s a really good (tournament). The guys love the course. Half of the team played in a tournament there over the summer and had some really good results. It’s a great way for us to start the season on a golf course that we’re really familiar with. I’m just excited to get the season underway.”
Joining Rice in the field are Louisiana-Lafayette, Mercer, Missouri State, New Orleans, Sam Houston State, Samford, South Alabama, Southeastern Louisiana, host Southern Miss, UT-Arlington and UTSA.
