HOUSTON, Texas - As Rice University football takes the home field to begin its 2013 Conference USA title defense on Saturday fans will notice an increased level of commitment to customer service inside Rice Stadium.
Rice Athletics is committed to providing fans with an excellent experience at Rice Athletics. To fulfill this commitment, we are introducing our new "R" Promise Initiative, which is focused on delivering world-class fan service to each fan at every athletic event. The following are some key changes to expect this year:
A "How R You Doing" sticker on each of our event services team members to help fans easily identify the representatives to address any needs
Two new Fan Service centers, located at the 50-yard line on each concourse, where fans can go to ask any questions they have and to purchase tickets for future Rice Athletics events
Post-game fan surveys to better understand how we can improve the fan game day experience
Fans should be receiving an email after the game, which will offer the opportunity to fill out our fan survey regarding their game day experience.
