Sign Up for Owl Vision Today

The Rice Owls 2009 football season opener at UAB on Saturday will be available as part of RiceOwls.com's Owl Vision All-Access service. The game will be televised regionally by Comcast Sports Southwest (Comcast channel 129 in Houston).

Fans who are not currently Owl Vision subscribers can watch the game by clicking here and signing up for one of several package options. Links to access the webcast will be posted on RiceOwls.com prior to Saturday's kickoff.

The Owls and Blazers will kick off the 2009 season at 3 p.m. (central) on Saturday at Legion Field in Birmingham. The game will also be broadcast on ESPN 97.5 The Ticket and via audio feed on RiceOwls.com. David Saltzman and Nate Griffin will be back behind the microphones for their second season of calling the action, while Jorge Vargas will return to man the sidelines during the broadcast.
