Rice football fans will have a front row seat for all the interviews and coverage of the Owls' 2012 Football Media Day this Saturday thanks to expanded webcast coverage on RiceOwls.com.
The free webcast will open at noon with head coach David Bailiff's press conference with members of the local media. After the press conference, J.P. Heath will host an interview segment that will feature live segments with Offensive Coordinator John Reagan, Defensive Coordinator Chris Thurmond and Rice players Turner Petersen, Vance McDonald, Luke Willson, Cameron Nwosu, Bryce Callahan, Chris Boswell and Jared Williams.
Owls fans can join in the broadcast by submitting questions to Heath via Twitter (@RiceOwlsVoice) for the coordinators and players. Those fans whose submitted tweets are used during the broadcast will receive special prize packs from the Owls.
After wrapping up their media session, Bailiff and the Owls will return to meetings before hitting the practice field for the first time in 2012 later on Saturday.
