Rice Football fans now have the opportunity to create their own package of reserved seats for the 2015 football season by taking advantage of one of two Owls' Mini Plans which are now on sale.
Owls’ Mini Plans offer fans the option to secure the same seats at most price levels in Rice Stadium. Fans can fashion a plan consisting of two or three games from any of the six games on the Owls 2015 home schedule.
The Owls opens their pursuit of a fourth consecutive bowl berth on September 5 when they host Wagner to open the 65th season of football at Rice Stadium. The 2015 home slate features appearances by a pair of bowl teams from last year (Western Kentucky and Louisiana Tech) in addition to Army, Southern Miss and Charlotte.
Rice enters 2015 having won 13 of the last 14 home games and carries a three-year bowl streak into the season, the longest active bowl streak in Conference USA. The Owls concluded the 2014 season with a convincing 30-6 win over Fresno State in the Hawai'i Bowl to finish at 8-5 and give them 18 wins in the last two years and 25 in the last three, which marks the most productive runs over those time frames in school history.
