Rice : Rice : Walkon who looks to expand his playing role this spring after reaching the field for the first time in 2012.

2012Walk-on tight end who battled back from a knee injury, earned playing time on special teams, then stepped into the deep snapping role on place kicks in the last two regular season games when Trevor Gillette was injured... Had taken up deep snapping after arriving on campus and stepped in to center on Chris Boswell's school-record five field goals vs. SMU when regular snapper Trevor Gillette was injured... Continued as deep snapper for the finale vs. UTEP.
