All-around talent who made great strides after moving to defensive end during spring drills and continued his rapid improvement during fall camp to move into the playing rotation.

Made his debut against Texas in the opener and also saw action as a reserve against Purdue both at defensive end and on special teams...Credited with his first career tackle at Baylor and also forced a fumble on a kickoff return... Repeated those numbers the following week at Southern Miss, with his forced fumble returned for a touchdown by Michael Kutzler... Picked up a solo stop vs. Memphis.
