High School: Defensive Player of the Year for the 2009 SPC Champions under coach Aaron Mattox... Earned All SPC honors and named team captain... caught 13 passes for 253 yards and four touchdowns while missing six games with an injury... Also credited with 34 tackles and picked off a pair of passes... Caught 54 passes for 811 yards and nine TDs on offense and credited with 164 tackles in his career... Also played basketball and ran track on Trinity's state title teams... Also participated in theater at Trinity.
