2006: Senior leader who was among the team's leading receivers in the first three games before an injury held him out for six weeks (five games)....battled back to catch 17 passes in the last five games, including a season and career-high six against Troy in the New Orleans Bowl....finished with 75 yards receiving against the Trojans....scored the Owls first post-season TD in 45 years when he kept a foot in bounds while snagging an 11-yard strike from Joel Armstrong....led the team in kickoff returns with 21 returns for 461 yards (22.0 average)...longest return of the season was a 45-yarder against ECU....despite missing five games, Falco finished third on the team with 691 all-purpose yards......topped 100 all-purpose yards in five games, including each of the last three....third on the team with 1,807 career all-purpose yards.
2005: Played in the final five games with two starts in the final two games of the year at the H-back position... Missed time early in the season due to injury... Gained 60 yards on 12 rushing attempts... Had eight catches for 208 yards and one TD, an 80-yard connection with Armstrong against UCF... Also had a 52-yard catch in the win over Tulane... That 80-yard pass play equaled the fourth-longest in Rice history... Also returned six punts for 35 yards, inclluding a 12-yard runback at Houston. 2
2004: Played in all 11 games and started the final three contests of the season... Rushed for 113 yards on only 199 carries, averaging 5.9 yards per attempt... Had 39 yards on seven carries at UTEP, and had a 21-yard gain at Tulsa for his longest of the season... Had seven pass receptions for 163 yards and one touchdown... Caught three passes for 66 yards, including a 17-yard TD pass from Joel Armstrong, against UTEP... His longest receptions were a pair of 34-yard catches against Fresno State... Also displayed his versatility on kickoff returns (20 returns for 366 yards) and punt returns (eight for 59)... Had a season-best 31-yard return at Tulsa, and a 13-yard punt runback in the win over SMU.
2003: Played in the final six games to earn his first letter... Came back from a preseason leg injury to make a solid late-season contribution... Gained 81 yards on 10 carries as a redshirt freshman, including 44 on six carries in the win over UTEP... His longest gain was for 23 yards in the win at Louisiana Tech.
High School -- 2002 graduate of Horizon High School in Scottsdale, Ariz... All-state running back for coach Doug Shaffer... Named the Arizona offensive player of the year by ESPN Radio in Phoenix, and by Friday Night Fever television... Tabbed as the Northeast Valley player of the year by the Arizona Republic after leading Horizon to an 11-2 record and the state semifinals... Rushed for 1,451 yards and 20 touchdowns, plus had 630 receiving yards and five more scores... Also returned three punts for touchdowns, making a total of 28 TDs his senior year... Won all-region honors as a return specialist... Also competes in power-lifting... Honor roll student with a 3.5 grade point average.
