The Rice Football team once again hosted members of the Challenger Football organization at Rice Stadium

Heads into spring looking to build on a successful fall campaign.

2012
Returned to action after an injury redshirt in 2011 and reached new career bests while starting the last five games.... Sixth on the team with 30 unassisted tackles and tied for 10th with 40 total stops... Set up the Owls' first touchdown in the Armed Forces Bowl with his first fumble recovery... Moved into starting spot at strong safety vs. Tulsa when Malcolm Hill returned to corner after Bryce Callahan was injured... Credited with seven stops at Tulsa, including the Owls' first fourth down stop of the season... Established career bests for unassisted (8) and total tackles (9) the following week vs. Southern Miss... Picked off his first career pass at Tulane and returned it 55 yards for his first collegiate touchdown... Named "Mr. Rice" while representing Brown College in the annual competition between residential colleges.

2011
Saw his streak of appearing in the first 16 games of his college career end when he was held out of the Memphis game with an injury... Saw action on special teams and at safety in the first four games... Credited with his first tackle of the year at Baylor.

2010
Led the team with nine tackles on kickoff coverage... Credited with a season-high eight tackles against UTEP... Picked up a pair of tackles, including sharing his first tackle for loss, vs. Northwestern... Credited with his first career tackle at North Texas... Saw action as a reserve against Texas in the opener at Reliant Stadium.
