Two Men's Hoops Games to Be Televised

HOUSTON-- Two men's basketball games have been selected by a pair of networks to be televised during the 2015-16 season.

The season opener at Cal on November 13 will be televised by the Pac-12 Network. Game time is scheduled for 10:30 p.m. CT. It will be the Owls' first ever appearance on the Pac-12 Network. It will also be the first of two games this year against the Pac-12, as Rice hosts Oregon State on November 19.

CBS Sports Network picked up Rice's game at Conference USA Champion UAB on January 21. The game will now be scheduled for 8:30 p.m. CT. It will be the 20th appearance for Rice on CBSSN.

The Conference USA Championship semifinals will be televised by CBS Sports Network on March 11, with game times set for 4 and 6:30 p.m. CT. The C-USA Championship final will be broadcast on Fox Sports 1 on March 12 at 2:30 p.m. CT.

Conference USA's national television partners are Fox Sports Media Group, CBS Sports Network and American Sports Network for regular season games. ASN has yet to make their selections.

Rice opens the season November 7 when it hosts LeTourneau at 7 p.m. in an exhibition game.
