Gaelyn Rose

Gaelyn Rose enters her third season as the Rice University basketball program's Director of Basketball Operations. This year marks her sixth year as a member of the Rice Basketball family.

In her current position as Director of Basketball Operations, Rose's responsibilities include coordinating team travel, assisting in the coordination of the Ben Braun Basketball Camps as well as serving as a liaison between other athletic department offices including marketing, facilities and development. She also serves as the program's liaison with Conference USA.

Rose graduated from Rice University in 2010 after working three years as a student manager for the basketball program.

In her role as a student manager, she was responsible for assisting with practice and game set up as well as serving as a liaison with facilities and marketing. Her responsibilities increased over her tenure to include overseeing the student-manager program as well as responsibilities with team travel.
