The second-annual Rice Baseball Fanfest, where the public can get up close to the Owls' baseball program, is set for this Sunday (Feb. 12) from 12:30 to 2:30 pm at Reckling Park.
At this free event, fans will have a chance to hit in the Reckling Park batting cages, throw a bullpen session, and take tours of the stadium. Fans can take photos with, and get the autographs of, the Owl players at the end of the event. All season tickets members will have the chance to take batting practice with former MLBers Jose Cruz Jr. or Andy Pettitte! Season tickets are still available to reserve a spot in the batting practice.
Not only will fans be able to purchase game tickets at the event, but also have an opportunity to preview open seats and pick their favorite on the spot.
Join the Owls for the first home event of the 2017 college baseball season.
