Made a name for himself in fall practices by being available and performing well wherever the coaches needed him... Makes the most of athleticism and baseball pedigree.
Wayne Graham said -- "Trey is a solid recruit with power at third base, but we tried him on the mound late in the fall and he could factor in as a pitcher. He throws very hard and has an
outstanding arm."
High School -- 2005 graduate of Cypress Creek High School in Cypress... Two-year starter and letterman for the Cougars under coach Wayne Marks... Two-time all-district honoree... Selected to the Houston Chronicle's all-greater Houston team... Posted a .309 average and led the Cougars to the 2004 district championship.
