Team MVP who helped lead the Wildcats to the program's first 30-win season (30-8)... Went 8-1 on the mound with a 2.40 ERA, and batted .442 with 25 RBI, to vault Plano to the Region I semifinals of the state playoffs... Three-year starter was the Wildcats' Newcomer of the Year who helped the team make the 2009 state playoffs for the first time since 1999... Finished third on the staff in innings (30.2) and strikeouts (24) as a junior and collected 24 hits in 27 games while leading the squad in home runs.
