Rice University Athletics' Tomorrow's Leader segment is now in its fourth year of existence highlighting exceptional Owl student-athletes on and off the playing surface from every sport. Rice Owl student-athletes not only compete at the highest level in their respective sports, but also in the classroom at one of the nation's most demanding universities.
The start of the 2010-11 season of Tomorrow's Leaders features senior volleyball player, Tracey Lam. Tracey is the two-time Conference USA Libéro of the Year winner and is the Rice record holder for digs in a season as well as digs in a career. A year ago, Tracey won the 2010 Joyce Pounds Hardy Award as Rice's overall top female student-athlete for her efforts in sports, in the classroom and in the community.Tracey is a native of San Francisco and is destined to become a leader for tomorrow.
