As members of the NCAA, Rice Athletics must abide by NCAA rules and regulations as they related to all aspects of the athletics program. In addition to ensuring that all Rice coaches, administrators, faculty, staff and student-athletes are aware of and following NCAA rules, Rice Athletics is also responsible for the actions of any individual who is a member of its athletics booster groups or meets the definition of a "representative of athletics interests."
